I had crafters ADHD again last night... it was a good thing I had all the supplies for this little project in our "Harry Potter" closet. I love to check out Heather Bailey's blog every once in a while, she has great tutorials and the prettiest fabrics. I've been wanting to do something with the flower pinwheel, so I made a mobile for Hailey's crib. I printed the pattern on colored card stock and cut it out with an exacto knife. I had some mini brads for scrap booking that I used to cinch the flower together. Then I used some heavy duty fishing line and hung the pinwheels to a few lengths of wire. I added a few green bows & voila! She loves it!!! Yay me!

you did a great job..it looks like she loves it ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh, she is super cute (so is the mobile!)! So that's what I have to look forward to ... cute little girl-ness... how exciting! I'm still working on a mobile for above Hannah's crib. I figure it'll be my after-the-hospital project. I'm going to make a bunch of the Spool birds and mount them on actual branches to hang... we'll see how it goes! If I fail miserably I might consider this idea!
